by members. Launched in December 2007,

continues to expand the video and picture collection primarily through a series
of Trophy Contests, which provide a cash award for the top videos and pictures
uploaded by members. In order to expand contests at

and introduce our targeted audience to outdoor companies we have created new
opportunities for sponsored contests.

is actively seeking sponsors for a variety of hunting and fishing contests.
Sponsored contests are the most cost effective means of getting your product or service
in front of a highly targeted outdoors audience in a fun and interactive format.

will provide several tools to maximize your exposure to our members and
visitors putting your product or service in the spotlight.
How Contest
Sponsorship Works
Trophy-Clips.com
currently has two categories of sponsored contests available – picture and
video. Sponsorship of either contest type simply requires that a sponsor provide
a minimum contest prize value as shown below. The prize value is the only cost
of contest sponsorship.
Picture Contests: minimum prize value of $150.00
Video Contests: minimum prize value of $400.00
Contest prizes should consist of a product or
service that has merit and value to

members and visitors. Contest prizes should also be related to the sponsored contest venue
(bow hunting, fly fishing, waterfowl, musky fishing, etc).
Contest Venues
Trophy-Clips.com
contest sponsorship venues include the primary venues of fishing and hunting
with unlimited sub-venues. We will work with sponsors to identify and design a
contest that best matches your product or service to a specific fishing or
hunting venue. Sponsors can also elect to work with other sponsors to
create a high profile contest.
Trophy-Clips.com
will work with sponsors interested in high profile contests to seek out related
partner sponsor companies.

Trophy-Clips.com
has put together a winning package for sponsors designed to maximize exposure of
the sponsor and related contest to our members and visitors. Sponsors will
benefit from a sponsor contest page, web banners, member emails and video
exposure on the home page of
Trophy-Clips.com. The Sponsor Packages are described below in
greater detail with the differences between video and picture contest
sponsorship highlighted.
Sponsorship Package: Picture Contest
Sponsor Contest Page:

will work with sponsors to design a contest page that
highlights the sponsor’s product or service through video, pictures,
text and links to the sponsors website. The contest page will also identify the contest details such as
contest name, rules, deadlines, judging and prize.
Web Banners:
Trophy-Clips.com
will rotate a 728x90 sponsor banner at the top of all pages
except the home page. The 728x90 banner will be rotated for six months.
A second 175x70 contest banner will also be rotated at the top of all
Trophy-Clips.com
pages. All contest banners will be designed by
Trophy-Clips.com
using graphics (logos) from sponsors and be rotated for the
duration of the contest.
Member Emails:
Trophy-Clips.com
will include a description of a sponsored contest in all
administrative emails to our members.
Trophy-Clips.com
sends administrative based email to our members after each Trophy
Contest and when significant updates occur to the site.

will place a video advertisement containing a one minute video on the home
page. The video will be featured without rotation except for the one month
period after a Trophy Video contest. During that one month period the video
will be rotated with the Trophy Video winner’s video on the home page. The
video advertisement will run for the duration of the sponsored contest.
