of various fish and game that have been taken by firearm, hook or other
means. You may experience content that is offensive or objectionable that

materials submitted to Trophy Clips is submitted at your own risk and that
you are accountable for determining the confidentiality of such material.
Trophy Clips recommends that you do not disclose personal or confidential

You agree to not
use Trophy Clips to 1) transmit, email, upload or post content that engages
in harassment of any type, 2) impersonate another individual or falsely

infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, non disclosure
agreements or any other Rights of any party, 4) email, upload or post

IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AMALGAM LLC DISCLAIMS ANY
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE
AND AGREE THAT AMALGAM LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT DISTRIBUTED ON
